Hours Monday 9:30am - 5:00pm Tuesday 9:30am - 5:00pm Wednesday 9:30am - 5:00pm Thursday 9:30am - 5:00pm Medical Fittings Appointments are required for all medical fittings. This includes post-surgical garments, pocketed bra fittings, and breast prosthesis fittings. Please allow an hour for your medical fitting. This includes all of your intake paperwork and any additional paperwork the insurance company may need. Please bring your insurance cards and military ID if applicable. We are a preferred provider with most insurance companies in Washington State, so you get your best benefit possible. New Patients Written orders are required for us to bill your insurance. You may bring your orders with you or have your doctor fax them to our office. Some insurance compaies require additional paperwork and/or prior authorization beyond a standard written order. We are more than happy to assist you and your doctor. Swimwear & Swim Prosthesis Appointments Come with lots of energy. We have a lot to try on! If you are in need of a swim prosthesis, once you have a suit picked out, one of our staff can help find the right swim prosthesis. If you need a swim prosthesis, please let us know when you are making your appointment and we will schedule a little extra time. Please Note For All Appointments: For the privacy of all of our clients, we ask that you not bring visitors to your fitting. Exceptions will be considered for a caregiver, a translator, or a minor child.
