Judy's Intimate Apparel, Inc. is a preferred or network provider for many insurances.
We are currently expanding our contracts to other networks. If you do not see your
insurance on this list, please call us for an update.
Most private insurances cover:
- Breast Prostheses
- Custom Sculpted Breast Prostheses (except DSHS & Medicare)
- Mastectomy Bras
- Post-Surgical Camisoles
If you do not see your insurance listed below, it does not mean that you do not have coverage with us.
Please call so that we can give you additional information and start a referral for you.
- We gladly accept DSHS from Washington State including DSHS medical coupons for women enrolled in the Breast & Cervical Health Program (BCHP).
- We do work with Medicare and submit all Medicare claims for you.
Payment may be required at the time of service with Medicare and some Medicare supplements. We will turn in your claim as soon as possible for immediate reimbursement. Please call for your individual details.
- We are please to inform you that we service Medicare clients with Tricare For Life and these clients do not need to pay in advance. We will submit directly to Medicare and Tricare For Life for these claims.
- Please note that we carry a wide variety of items including some that your insurance may consider "deluxe."
If your insurance permits upgrades but does not cover the cost, you can accept the financial responsibilty for the difference.
